ET2 Add More Lighting to Their Friends of Hue Lineup

ET2, the California-based Lighting product company, introduced a few lighting products a couple of months back, including the iCorona Pendant Lamps and iWood Suspension Strips, all of which are certified as compatible with Philips Hue, as part of the Friend of Hue program, which in turn means they get exposed to HomeKit, like virtually all Philips Hue products.

The company have now expanded their lineup of FoH lamps with the introduction of some new models, namely the iBar pendant strip lights along with more options for the iWood suspension strips.

The iBar ‘Friends of Hue’ collection features aluminum channels anodized in a choice of Brushed Aluminum or Brushed Black. The pendants support a solid block of Clear acrylic which creates a dramatic lighting effect. ET2 claim these lights are capable of 96 million color combinations, in addition to allowing for tunable white light, so as to enjoy the “health benefits of a regularly changing color temperature that suits the mood of the day”. The iBar is available in two sizes and two finishes.

The new additions to the iWood collection are rectangular solid wood frames with stainless steel trim in a choice of Wenge with Polished Chrome or Antique Pecan with Brushed Champagne. Coupled with the controllability of the Philips Hue system, this collection is a offers a “combination of style and technology”. At the swipe of the finger or call out to a Home Control kit, one can create a warm ambience while dining or bright White light for workstation lighting. Compatible with a variety of other devices including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit, these pendants present the new generation of lighting.
