is it only bluetooth or zigbee aswell?

it’s both ZigBee and Bluetooth. All of their new or updated products will feature both.
Do they have any options for viewing power usage history or other usage statistics?
In the standard Hue app and the Apple Home app there is no option for this, but it may be possible with 3rd party Hue apps.
Have you checked if you can fit it beside an angled standard earthed cable pointed away from it in a double wall outlet?
It looks a bit to large but can’t tell..
