Dreame Launches Matter-Compatible X60 Pro Robot Vac Series
Dreame Technology has officially announced its new X60 Pro Series robot vacuums, alongside the official launch of the Cyber X stair-climbing robot, with the company positioning the range as its first complete ‘full-space cleaning solution’.
Whilst the press materials focus primarily on cleaning performance and mobility, accompanying imagery also confirms support for Matter and integration with Apple Home, implying the new lineup is designed to fit more seamlessly into modern smart home ecosystems.
The X60 Pro Series consists of three models – the X60 Pro Ultra Complete, X60 Pro Ultra Matrix, and X60 Pro Master – all of which share Dreame’s latest navigation, obstacle avoidance, and edge-cleaning technologies, whilst targeting different cleaning and installation requirements.
The standout feature across the range is Dreame’s new UltraExtend system, an evolution of the company’s earlier MopExtend and SideReach technologies. Using a dual-joint robotic arm mechanism, the side brush can extend up to 12cm, whilst the mop pad reaches out as far as 18cm. The setup is designed to improve cleaning around chair legs, furniture recesses, corners, and skirting boards that robot vacuums typically struggle to reach.
The robots also feature Dreame’s new AI OmniSight System 3.0, combining dual 120° AI cameras with Versalift navigation. Dreame claims the system can recognise more than 320 object types, detect obstacles as small as 10mm, and react within 0.1 seconds. The system can also identify transparent liquid spills using blue light detection, automatically switching to a dedicated mop-only cleaning mode.
Cleaning performance has also been upgraded significantly, with the X60 Pro Series offering up to 42,000Pa suction, paired with the company’s HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush 2.0 system and a 280RPM thermal deep mopping system. Dreame says the robots are capable of “zero-tangle” operation whilst delivering streak-free cleaning across multiple floor surfaces.
The thermal mop system uses 100°C hot water to clean the mop pads via a 20-nozzle washboard system, whilst phase-change mop pads are designed to retain temperatures above 40°C during cleaning to help tackle grease and stubborn stains.
Battery performance has also been improved thanks to what Dreame calls PowerMaster technology. The company claims the system can restore 24% battery capacity in just 5.5 minutes and clean areas up to 1,000 square metres on a single charge.
The X60 Pro Ultra Matrix adds a more advanced dock capable of automatically switching between different mop pads and cleaning solutions depending on the room type. The dock supports dedicated pads for kitchens, bathrooms, and general floor cleaning, helping reduce cross-contamination between areas. A ‘Vision’ variant additionally includes a transparent dock panel and illuminated dot matrix lighting.
Meanwhile, the X60 Pro Master is aimed at users wanting a more integrated installation, featuring automatic refill and drainage support alongside a more compact dock designed for permanent placement.
Alongside the new robot vacuums, Dreame also officially unveiled the Cyber X stair-climbing robot, first shown at IFA 2025. Using a quad-track climbing system, the robot is designed to handle straight, spiral, L-shaped, and open-riser staircases, along with carpeted stairs and slopes up to 42 degrees.
Dreame says the Cyber X can climb a stair in 27 seconds, whilst handling first-step heights up to 30cm and obstacles as high as 35cm. Navigation is managed via an independent 3D ToF vision system designed to map stair layouts and detect edges and obstacles in real time.
The Cyber X is designed to work alongside the X60 Pro Series using compatible stair-climbing modules, with future support planned for additional Dreame robot vacuum models.
The X60 Pro Series will be the first products to launch, with the X60 Pro Ultra Complete arriving in July with UK pricing at £1,299. The X60 Pro Ultra Matrix will be available in two versions, with the standard model priced at £1,499 and the Matrix Vision edition costing £1,599. The X60 Pro Master, featuring automatic refill and drainage functionality, will retail for £1,399. Dreame has yet to announce pricing and availability for the Cyber X. WE also don’t currently have prices for other markets, like North America, but will add these to an update when we get them.
