First Alert/Onelink Battery Powered Smoke/CO Alarm
- 2-in-1 smart smoke and carbon monoxide alarm alerts you to both types of danger in your home, with a photoelectric smoke sensor and electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor
- Alarm sends emergency notifications, via your phone, while voice alerts tell you the type and location of danger

- Easy-access battery door, for simple battery changes; replaceable 5-year battery
- Compatible with Apple HomeKit; can be used on both Apple and Android devices
Nice to see a new model has been announced. The previous model got terrible reviews so hopefully this is better.
Any word about a nightlight or pathlight function? Or pricing?
I never got the previous model, but I did notice it became unavailable, so it must have had some complaints I guess. There’s no mention of night lights in the description though. US$119.00 and it should be available on Dec 4th according to Amazon.
Will you be posting a review soon on this new battery powered First Alert 2-1 alarm soon? Very interested to know whether we Homekit users can finally have a reliable smoke + CO2 alarm (similar to Nest). Thanks!
If I or another reviewer can get one, then we’ll definitely review it. Having said that, I recently got their Environment Monitor – it’s a total piece of garbage – so I’m a bit wary of buying more of their products due to this.
